Ellington Farmers' Market Taking Pre-Orders

Gale force winds, frigid temperatures, a new location, and a new pre-ordering system did nothing to deter loyal customers and dedicated vendors from making opening day at the Ellington Farmers Market a complete success. This Saturday's weather looks perfect for week two. Yes, there will be cash and carry sales but pre-ordering is a quick and easy way to ensure you get the products you want. Vendors will have your orders ready at their booths. Just click on the vendor in the below list for links to their pre-order site or got to the pre-order page on the market website where vendors are listed by category. The temperatures are finally rising, so it's time to pick up those flower and veggie plants. The market is doubling SNAP benefits up to $20 per week. Simply bring your EBT card to the market booth for tokens to shop.
