Ellington’s Rise Above Hosts Annual Gallery Night

From the City of Ellington: Ellington’s Rise Above Student Leadership group is hosting the 3rd Annual Gallery Night on Saturday, February 11, 2017 from 4 pm to 7 pm at the Ellington Senior Center on 40 Maple Street. Admission is free and will feature local artists’ work. The evening will include artwork representing all ages and mediums, live music and refreshments. Snow date is February 18th. The 5th Annual Small Town Big Talent Community Variety Show also hosted by Rise Above takes place on Saturday, April 1st at 7 pm at Ellington High School. Proceeds will go to the Jordyn Marie Engler Memorial Scholarship. Got Talent? Auditions take place Monday, February 27th and Wednesday March 1st from 6-8 pm in the Ellington High School Auditorium.
