Ellington Town Offices to Temporarily Switch to Appointment-Only
Town offices in Ellington will temporarily operate on an appointment-only basis, beginning Jan. 11.

ELLINGTON, CT — In an effort to limit unnecessary contact during the coronavirus pandemic, Ellington town offices will temporarily operate on an appointment-only basis, beginning Jan. 11.
Town offices are staffed Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Drop boxes for the Town Clerk, Tax Collector and Assessor’s Offices are located in front of Town Hall.
According to a post on the town's website, "All of our Town Offices are available by phone or email if you have any questions about the best way to conduct your business; our employees will work with you to ensure a convenient and efficient transaction, whether that be making an appointment or pointing you to an online or other non-contact option."
