Fall Harvest Drag Race at Ellington Farmers’ Market
The Ellington Farmers’ Market is bringing out their popular drag race track for a Fall Harvest Race on Saturday Sept. 27th at 10:00. Attach some wheels to any fall fruit or vegetable and register to race down the 30 foot track. Cars must fit within the 6.5 inch wide track which has 2 inch sides. The contest is open to all, young and old, and is a double elimination contest. Gift certificates to the market will be given for the top three finishers. Spectators are welcome to come and enjoy this hilarious hometown fun in the quaint New England setting of Arbor Park, Main St. Ellington.
