Independence Day Celebration At Ellington Farmers Market
Free kids activities, patriotic hat parade, Old Tyme Fiddlers, loads of farm and food products, artisan wares and local love!
The Ellington Farmers' Market is hosting a “Good Old Fashion Independence Day Celebration” on Saturday July 6th in Arbor Park, Main St. from 9-12. Ellington Youth Services will be providing a variety of activities and games for kids including make a patriotic hat with a parade at 11:00, face painting, patriotic tattoos, and games. Connecticut’s Bristol Old Time Fiddlers club will be providing the live musical entertainment. Bring a chair and relax under the trees to enjoy the music. 40 vendors will be on hand with a wide variety of local farm products, produce, baked goods specialty foods and artisan products. All activities are free.
