Meet Your Herbs!

Join us this Saturday to Meet Your Herbs.....learn everything from growing them in pots, to harvesting and using them for healing and cooking. We will have an herbalist and experts from the Connecticut Herb Association to answer all of your questions about aroma therapy, detoxing with herbs and using herbs and spices in your favorite recipes. Mother Nature has been very kind to us this season and it looks like that trend will continue this week. Come early; many vendors have been selling out because of our increased popularity this season. Don’t forget to pack your reusable bags and baskets to bring home local, fresh goodies. Check out our new and/or guest vendors. See you Saturday from 9 - 12 at Arbor Park.

Live Entertainment

Gypsy Jo, a singer-songwriter from the hills of New England, who brings an organic vibe with her acoustic guitar and calming vocals, will be performing this week from 9:30-11:30. Her indie-folk-rock sound developed out of her roots in classical piano and rock n’ roll, with dynamics varying from delicate finger-picking to emotionally powerful chords.
