Oakridge Dairy To Sponsor Cow Chip Bingo

Oakridge Dairy will be hosting the second annual Cow Chip Bingo on Thursday August 8th (rain date Aug. 12th) at the farm on Jobs Hill Rd. The event's proceeds will benefit the Ellington Farmers' Market matching SNAP program, Crystal Lake Food Pantry and the Ellington Human Services Food Bank. Tickets are available at the Ellington Farmers' Market Saturday mornings from 9-12, LuAnn's Bakery and online for $10. Cash prizes of $1500, $1000 and $500 dollars will be awarded to the persons who own the numbers where the cows drops their "chips"

Steel n' Easy Band will be providing live music and a variety of foods will be available to purchase. Free activities for the kids will be provided. Bring a chair to relax and enjoy an evening of small town country fun.
