The Ellington Farmers Market is hosting a free presentation "Staying Healthy With Plant Medicine" on Saturday February 15th at 2:30 at the Indian Valley Family YMCA. Sip nourishing tea & tonics while learning about Plant Medicine with Stacey & Dave of Whole Harmony. Whole Harmony is a health & wellness brand dedicated to Plant Medicine. Certified and passionate herbalists, Stacey Wood and David Soule, will share the properties, energies and actions of plants and which to use for various health benefits. Their goal is to create a new standard of wellness in the world of Plant Medicine. The program is free and open to all. The market runs from 2-4 with 25 vendors bringing a wide variety of farm and food products and artisan wares.

You can shop the market before the talk at 2:00 and join them in the children's room afterwards. A list of this week's vendors and special offers can be found on this week's market newsletter.
