Salsa Saturday and Grass Routes Band at Ellington Farmers Market
A wide variety of salsas made from locally grown produce, 40 vendors and great bluegrass music in the quaint country setting of Arbor Park
The Ellington Farmers' Market annual Salsa Festival will be held on Saturday September 8th from 9-12 in Arbor Park. A wide variety of freshly made salsas from mild and sweet to hot and spicy will be available to sample and purchase. There will be everything from watermelon and habanero-peach salsa to heirloom tomato and corn salsa from several vendors. All salsas are made from locally grown produce. Grass Routes, a five piece bluegrass band, will be providing the musical entertainment for the event. The market hosts 40 vendors bringing a wide variety of farm products, specialty foods and artisan wares and takes place in the quaint country setting of Arbor Park, Main ST. Ellington CT.
