Scarecrow Contest, 40 Vendors and Live Music at Ellington Farmers' Market

Bring your creations to the big gazebo to enter the Scarecrow Contest, shop 40 vendors and enjoy live music on a beautiful fall morning.

Scarecrow Contest Saturday Oct. 15th 9-12 in Arbor Park, 33 Main St.

Let your imagination run wild and create a scarecrow to enter into our annual Scarecrow Contest. Market customers will vote for their favorites throughout the morning and market gift certificates will be awarded to the top three. The weather looks to be a perfect sunny fall morning to shop our 40 vendors with loads of fresh produce, farm products, seafood and artisan wares. Only one more outdoor market after this one so start stocking up. Join us this Saturday at Arbor Park on Main Street for all the fun!

Final Outdoor Market
October 22nd - Halloween Pet Parade

Bring your pets dressed in their Halloween finery to the final outdoor market. Parade begins at 10:30 and prizes will be awarded to the top three entries.

The Market is Matching SNAP Dollars
HOW? Present your EBT card at the Market Booth where you can request any dollar amount to be debited from your card. That amount will be given to you in the form of SNAP coins redeemable at the Ellington Farmers Market only. The market will match the amount of snap coins up to $20 per week. We deduct $20 from you EBT and give you $40 in SNAP coins to spend. This program will last until the $2000 budget is depleted.
