Scarecrow Contest at Ellington Famers' Market Oct. 4th
Bring your entries to the big gazebo at 9:00, join the fun!
A Scarecrow contest will be held at the Ellington Farmers’ Market on Saturday Oct. 4th from 9-12. Scarecrow entries should be dropped off at the big gazebo at 9:00am. Customers will vote throughout the morning for their favorite scarecrow with prizes being awarded to the top three entries. Last years contest showcased an incredible collection of scarecrows including Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, and even a “living” scarecrow. The market will be serving Luann’s Bakery famous apple crisp throughout the morning of the event.
