Somers Grocery Store Sells Big Winner to Ellington Lottery Player
A CT Lottery scratch ticket bought in Somers recently provided a 5-figure bonanza for an Ellington player.
ELLINGTON/SOMERS, CT — The new year got off to a great start for an Ellington man, whose $30 investment in a CT Lottery scratch ticket yielded a 5-figure payout.
Richard Grabowski won $10,000 on a 30X Cash 6th Edition ticket, which he purchased at Geissler's Supermarket in neighboring Somers. Grabowski claimed his winnings Jan. 4.
