2 Seriously Injured In Crash Involving Motorcycle: Enfield Police
A motorcyclist and a passenger sustained serious injuries in a Friday night crash with another vehicle, police said.

ENFIELD, CT — A motorcyclist and his passenger were hospitalized with serious injuries following a collision with another vehicle Friday night on Route 5, according to police.
The crash occurred around 8:21 p.m. at the intersection of Enfield Street and Bright Meadow Boulevard. It involved a 207 Yamaha XVS65 motorcycle, operated by a 31-year-old man with a 35-year-old woman passenger, and a 2007 Volvo XC70, driven by a 54-year-old man, according to a report by officer Kevin Ragion.
Both injured persons were taken to Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. No identities have yet been released by police.
