Champlain College, Burlington VT

• Ryan McCloud and Heidi Ranz, both of Enfield, were named to the Champlain College Dean's List for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher in the spring 2025 semester.

Pennsylvania State University, State College PA

• Zachery Colman., a 2021 graduate of Enfield High School, recently graduated from Penn State with an aerospace engineering degree.

Sacred Heart University, Fairfield CT

• Harper Minalga, Emily Vandal, Jack Winans and Erin Pellegrini, all of Enfield, made the Dean's List for the spring 2025 semester at Sacred Heart University. A full-time student completing a minimum of 12 credits in a reporting term with a GPA of 3.6 or better is eligible for the Dean?s List.

Springfield College, Springfield MA

• Springfield College has named seven students from Enfield to the dean's list for academic excellence for the 2025 spring semester. Those students and their majors are Gemma Batchelor, communication sci & disorders; Savanna Chappell, health science / pre-PA; Thomas Charubin, exercise science / applied ES; Morgan Ludwick, physical education; Evan Simonet, sport management; Chelsea Smith, psychology; and Charmane Thompson, criminal justice / human services. The criteria for selection to the Dean's List are as follows: the student must have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded coursework for the term, exclusive of "P" grades. The student must not have any incompletes or missing grades in the designated term. The student must have a minimum semester grade average of 3.500 for the term. Student must not have been barred from Dean's List due to disciplinary action.

Vanderbilt University, Nashville TN

• Elaina Vandal of Enfield graduated from Vanderbilt University in May with a B.A. in medicine, health and society.

Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester MA

• WPI celebrated its 2025 commencement with a series of ceremonies honoring the achievements of graduates across all degree levels. For the second year, commencement exercises were held at the DCU Center, where WPI conferred 1,298 bachelor's degrees representing a diverse range of disciplines in science, engineering, technology, business, and the humanities. Three Enfield residents received degrees: Benjamin Penti, mechanical engineering and robotics engineering;
  Michael Conroy, robotics engineering; and Pratham Patel, architectural engineering.
