Alicia Morgan, 22, of 46 Quality Ave., Somersville, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree violating conditions of release, 5:32 p.m.

Willie Bynum Brown, 30, of 25 Riverboat Village Rd., South Hadley, Mass., was charged with engaging police in pursuit, 10:30 a.m.

Emmanuel Torres, 30, of 704 Enfield St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening and illegal operation of a motor vehicle without proper license class, 1:55 p.m.

Kevin Barnett, 33, of 273 Hall Hill Rd., Somers, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 9:02 p.m.

Saturday, May 1

Emily Sykes, 33, of 1425 Mapleton Ave., Suffield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 2:39 a.m.

Gina Partridge, 52, of 43 Raffia Rd., Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, operating under the influence with a child under 18 as passenger and speeding, 6:15 p.m.

Alison Gill, 37, of 45 Shad Row, Suffield, was charged with operating under the influence, operating under suspension and failure to drive in proper lane, 10:00 p.m.

Sunday, May 2

Jerry Martin, 62, of 1012 Main St., Granville, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 1:12 a.m.

Antonio Spicer, 35, of 52 Willard Dr., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and first-degree unlawful restraint, 4:01 p.m.

Joshua Mance, 39, of 58 Foster St., Manchester, was charged with second-degree violating conditions of release (two counts), 7:07 p.m.

Monday, May 3

Theodore Enos, 54, of 61-B Elm Corners, Windsor Locks, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 10:54 a.m.
