Kristen Hatfield, 36, of no certain address, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 4:56 a.m.

Debra Crommen, 57, of 59 Spruceland Rd., Enfield, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, 8:00 p.m.

Friday, April 9

Antonio Spicer, 35, of 52 Willard Dr., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree strangulation, 7:45 p.m.
