Emmanuel Torres, 30, of no certain address, was charged with violation of a protective order, 1:45 p.m.

Mecheal Williams, 24, of 83 Spring St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 10:17 p.m.

Friday, June 18

Owen Contreras, 18, of 7 Silkey Heights Dr., North Granby, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, 9:55 a.m.

Anthony Espinosa, 23, of 11 Kimberly Dr., Enfield, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, 6:30 p.m.
