Matthew Ketchale, 51, of Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, 4:28 a.m.

Yaritza Rivera, 32, of East Hartford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics with intent to sell, 12:01 p.m.

Alberto Quiles-Ridriguez, 33, of East Hartford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, operating under suspension, operating without a license, improper stop/turn signal lamp and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 12:01 p.m.
