Friday, March 19

Brandon Duby, 27, of 6 Thistle Ln., Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, first-degree criminal mischief and use of drug paraphernalia, 9:30 a.m.

Ivelize Perez, 36, of 7 Laurel Park, Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault, 11:30 a.m.

William Smith, 43, of 35 Pease St., Enfield, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, 4:45 p.m.

Ivan Davila, 49, of 325 Alabama St., Ludlow, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, failure to wear seat belt and operating without a license, 6:54 a.m.

Jonathan Rodriguez, 30, of 230 Chapin Terr., Springfield, Mass., was charged with fourth-degree larceny (two counts), 1:50 p.m.
