Kaitlyn Price, 20, of 20 Glendale Rd., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, 12:37 a.m.

Jennifer Pappas, 41, of 28 Charles St., Agawam, Mass., was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 12:35 a.m.

Thursday, March 25

Elijah Carrion, 23, of 4 Gilbert Rd., Meriden, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, 1:47 a.m.

Karari Jenkins, 31, of 61-B Lincoln St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and possession of a controlled substance, 8:51 p.m.

Friday, March 26

Kevin Colgan, 41, of 12 Gary Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree assault of an elderly/other victim, and second-degree unlawful restraint, 1:53 a.m.

Crystal N. Hernandez, 39, of 10 Cottage Green, Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, 11:30 a.m.

Gabrielle Quinones, 24, of 61 Lincoln St., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree assault, 11:40 a.m.

Chika Obiocha, 32, of 55 Grove St., Windsor, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, use of drug paraphernalia, disobeying signal of officer, operating under suspension, failure to carry license and improper turn, 8:57 p.m.
