Anthony Baez, 32, of 41 Lester St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, 1:00 a.m.
Eman Saleh, 40, of 59 Green Valley Dr., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, traveling unreasonably fast, failure to drive in proper lane and driving while operating a handheld mobile device, 4:24 a.m.
