Enfield Business Sells $100,000 CT Lottery Winner

ENFIELD, CT — An Enfield woman recently struck it rich by cashing in the top prize of $100,000 in a CT Lottery scratch game, on a ticket she bought at a local convenience store.

Lidia Fornal invested $10 in a $100,000 Cashword 10 ticket, which she purchased at Sam's Food Store on the corner of Brainard and Washington roads. She claimed her winnings Monday, according to the CT Lottery website.

The CT Lottery posts winners of $10,000 or more as public record.
