Andrew Angelo Rehmer, 53, 47 Asnuntuck Street, Enfield, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct; 10 p.m.


Kristin Pulkkinen, 24, of 99 Eastern Drive, Middletown, was charged with violation of probation; 8:30 p.m.

Jessica Erin Fulton, 39, of 11 Parker Street, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, traveling unreasonably fast for conditions, operating a motor vehicle under suspension and failure to display lights; 8:15 p.m.


Dylan M. Cheney, 19, of 112 Cornell Drive, Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace; possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and sale of a controlled substance; 6 p.m.

Jon David Katkavich, 22, of 6 Dale Road, Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace; 3:15 p.m.

Jarrett A. Goldstein, 30, of 56 Elm Street, was charged with possession of narcotics and operating an unregistered motor vehicle; 9:36 p.m.


James R. Wozniak, 48, of 48 Gaylord Road, Windsor Locks, was charged with violation of a protective order; 8:10 p.m.


Michael Krstyen-McElhone, 29, of 327 Brainard Road, Enfield, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast for conditions; 1:40 a.m.

Daniel James Magoon, 25, of 23 Green Valley Drive, Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct; 11 p.m.


Andrew Paul Dibattisto, 53, of 8 Tolland Drive, Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest; 11:22 p.m.


Peter Nieves, 33, of 43 North Street, Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear; 5:26 p.m.


Ricardo A. Ramirez, 30, of 59 Mill Pond Road, Broad Brook, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to meet minimum state motor vehicle insurance requirements; 11 a.m.

Joshua Michael Crouse, 18 of 16 Glendale Road, Enfield, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in a pursuit and second-degree breach of peace; 6:57 p.m.
