ENFIELD, CT — A Suffield woman turned a $10 investment in a CT Lottery scratch ticket at a local supermarket into the game's top prize of $10,000.

Ethel Chisnall of Suffield won big money in the 10X Cash 14th Edition game, on a ticket she bought at the Stop & Shop at 54 Hazard Ave. She claimed her winnings Monday.

The CT Lottery posts winners of $10,000 or more as public record.
