ENFIELD, CT ? Police are investigating reports of shots being fired into a multi-family home on West Street late Sunday night.

Around 10 p.m., police were dispatched to 90-92 West Street following a call stating shots had been fired. Officers found one round had been fired into the back of the home, and further investigation verified three rounds were fired into the rear of 92 West, Police Chief Alaric Fox said.

One round was into a teenager's bedroom, a second round was fired into the kitchen and the third round was into the joists. Witnesses told police four to five shots were fired, Fox said.

The home was occupied by three people at the time of the shooting. No injuries were reported, Fox said.

The case remains under investigation by detective division personnel, according to Fox.
