Multiple Vehicle Crash Closes Portion of Busy Enfield Road

ENFIELD, CT — A 3-vehicle crash on one of Enfield's busiest roadways resulted in no serious injuries Tuesday night, though all three involved vehicles were towed from the scene.

The crash was reported at 7:11 p.m. on Route 190, near the overpass of Interstate 91 by Exit 47. The eastbound side of the road was closed for more than two hours while emergency personnel worked at the scene, Sgt. Dennis Pelletier said.

Eastbound traffic was diverted onto the Pearl Street exit.
