Rep. Stokes Holds 'Legislative Coffee Hour'

Members from the community joined State Rep. Greg Stokes at Mark's Restaurant for casual conversation in Enfield.

From the Office of State Rep. Greg Stokes: In an effort to stay connected to local residents, State Rep. Greg Stokes (R-58) recently held a “Legislative Coffee Hour” in Enfield.

Members from the community joined Rep. Stokes at Mark’s Restaurant in Enfield for casual conversations related to the recently concluded legislative session, as well as the current status of the state budget.

“I always enjoy staying connected with my constituents so that I am better suited to represent them at the Capitol,” said Stokes. “This was a fantastic opportunity to describe the progress we made this session, as well as inform residents of new laws that passed both chambers. Despite the fact that the regular session has concluded, we still have a great deal of work to accomplish this year concerning the state budget. I will continue to fight for the residents of Enfield and ensure their voice is heard during negotiations.”
