Sewer Main Break Disrupts Traffic On Busy Connector Road Between Enfield And East Windsor
Town officials are advising motorists to avoid the area in southern Enfield affected by the break as crews work on repairs.
ENFIELD, CT ? A sewer main break on a busy connector road between Enfield and East Windsor has prompted town officials to request motorists avoid the area.
The break early Thursday afternoon is in the 70 block of Simon Road, just south of Eastgate Lane near the East Windsor border.
An alert sent by the town advised, "Please avoid the area so that emergency crews can begin to repair. Thank you for your cooperation."
