Snow, Ice Accumulation Estimates Made For Hartford/Tolland County

The National Weather Service has released new details concerning how much snow and ice northern parts of Connecticut may see.

HARTFORD/TOLLAND COUNTY — Here we go again. Another storm will begin to impact Hartford, Tolland and Windham county late Monday through Tuesday. This isn't a big deal from a snow standpoint.

We're looking at a maximum of two inches of snow accumulation, the National Weather Service says. The real issue is the expected period of freezing rain on Tuesday morning and afternoon. The precipitation is expected to switch back to all snow for a brief period of time Tuesday night.
