Wood-n-Tap Plans to Open Enfield Location
A "Coming Soon" sign has appeared in the window of a long-vacant space in a busy Enfield strip mall.

ENFIELD, CT — A long-vacant restaurant site in the Big Y Plaza on Palomba Drive will soon be occupied by a popular bar and grill, which will be opening its 10th location in Connecticut.
A sign has appeared in the window of the former Royal Buffet, which closed in 2011, announcing that Wood-n-Tap will soon be opening in that spot.
Since opening its original restaurant in Hartford in 2002, Wood-n-Tap has expanded into eight other towns in Hartford and New Haven counties: Farmington, Southington, Rocky Hill, Vernon, Orange, Wallingford, Hamden and Newington.
