50 Cent's Farmington Mansion Available for Lease

Rapper 50 Cent will be leasing his nearly 50,000 square foot Farmington mansion, reports the Hartford Courant.

The goal in leasing the mansion at 50 Poplar Hills Dr. is to reduce the monthly costs and generate some income.

Curtis Jackson, III, recently said that his expenses are $108,000 a month and he’s paying $67,000 in household expenses to maintain his Farmington mansion.

The home has a home theater, conference room, gym, billiards room, racquetball court, indoor pool, and fully equipped night club with lighted dance floor, bar, and DJ area. The home is on 17 professionally landscaped acres with a pond, basketball court, tennis court with viewing area, and outdoor infinity pool with grotto.
