Price Lowered for 50 Cent's Farmington Mansion

The property, formerly owned by Mike Tyson, was re-listed Wednesday for $8.5 million.

The sprawling Farmington mansion belonging to rapper 50 Cent went back on the market Wednesday, at a significantly lower asking price than in the past, the Hartford Courant reported.

Containing 21 bedrooms and 25 bathrooms, the property on Poplar Hill Drive is listed at $8.5 million, or $10 million below the figure being sought when the star first attempted to sell the estate eight years ago.

Curtis Jackson III, the rapper’s legal name, bought the 50,000 square foot home in 2003 for just over $4 million. It had been previously owned by former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson.
