2 Charged In Glastonbury Hotel Room Invasion Case
Two Hartford woman are facing multiple criminal charges related to a hotel room invasion in Glastonbury.

GLASTONBURY, CT — Two Hartford woman are accused of invading a room at a hotel in Glastonbury and causing a disturbance, police said.
Police released the details of the May 11 incident this week. It took place at the Homewood Suites, police said.
Two Hartford residents — 26-year-old Franchesca Vargas and 23-year-old Jamilette Rodriquez — are accused of forcing their way into a hotel room after "fraudulently obtaining" a room key during the early morning hours and causing a disturbance with the occupants inside the room, according to a report.

The guests were known to Rodriquez, police said.
Their vehicle was stopped by police a short distance away.

Rodriguez was charged with first-degree burglary, criminal impersonation and three counts of disorderly conduct, according to a report.
Vargas was charged with first-degree burglary, three counts of disorderly conduct and driving while under suspension, according to a report.
Both were released on a $25,000 surety bonds and are scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on June 3, records show.
