Connecticut College, New London CT
- Colin Merrill of Glastonbury is a member of the Camels' men's swimming team for the 2019-20 season. The sophomore is a graduate of Glastonbury High School.

- Digital art & design students in Eastern Connecticut State University's Art 335: Graphic Design course collaborated with Windham Hospital's Auxiliary to enhance the theme of the hospital's 2019 fundraising gala, this year themed "Sous La Mer" (Under the Sea). One of the students was Tae Kim of Glastonbury, who majors in Art. The 15 students enrolled in the class created large-scale posters and submitted them for consideration for the event. Only one student's work was chosen to represent the theme of the gala, but all student work were on display as auction items at the event.
- Eastern Connecticut State University's English department held its annual English Honors Society Induction ceremony on Nov. 6. At the event Sigma Tau Delta inductees were recognized for their exceptional course work, intellectual abilities and character in the study of English. Amongst the inductees was Kirsten Rasmussen of Glastonbury, who majors in Elementary Education and English. To qualify for Sigma Tau Delta, students must have at least a 3.5 GPA in their English Major, an overall GPA of 3.0, have completed a minimum of 4 courses in the English major at 200 level or above and be nominated by at least two faculty members for an invitation to join.
Trinity College, Hartford CT
- Christian Porydzy of Glastonbury is a senior guard on the Trinity men's basketball team. Through Dec. 4, he had started all eight games for the Bantams, averaging 22.5 minutes and 9.3 points per game. The graduate of Glastonbury High School, who then played a year at Hotchkiss School, is majoring in History.
- Sophomore Connor Sundquist of Glastonbury is a member of the 2019-20 Trinity men's ice hockey team. He is a graduate of South Kent School.
