Glastonbury Home Depot Incidents Prompt Serious Trespass Charge
An accused habitual trespasser is now facing a first-degree criminal trespass charge.

GLASTONBURY, CT — An accused habitual trespasser is now facing a first-degree criminal trespass charge and a $10,000 bond after another incident at the Glastonbury Home Depot, police said.
On April 16, police responded to the Home Depot at 115 Putnam Boulevard after getting a complaint regarding a man who had previously been cited for trespassing on the property and was
currently inside of the store, police said.
The man, identified as 36-year-old Glastonbury resident Stephen Johnson had also concealed several items inside of his jacket while inside the store, police said.

Johnson was located exiting the store and was taken into custody, police said. In addition to the trespassing charge, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and interferring with an officer, records show. He was released on a $10,000 Non-Surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on May 13, police said.
