Glastonbury Obituary: Wayne Courtemanche, 58

Wayne N. Courtemanche, 58, of Glastonbury, beloved husband of 40 years to Rosa (Vuoto) Courtemanche, died Monday August 6, 2018 at home surrounded by his family.

Born December 30, 1959 in Trenton, Michigan, son of the late Albert and June (Burdick) Courtemanche, he had lived in Glastonbury since 1990. Wayne worked for many years in the mechanical and electronic field for various companies. Wayne was a member of the Knights of Columbus in Glastonbury and St. Paul Church, and served in the US Army.

Besides his wife he is survived by 2 daughters Danielle Courtemanche and her fiancé D.J. Pereira of Cheshire, Nicole Courtemanche of Hebron, his brother Glen Courtemanche and his wife Cheryl of Glastonbury, his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Amanda, Ashley, William, Simone, Matthew, Nastasia and Caleb.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday August 11 at 10am in St. Paul Church, 2577 Main St., Glastonbury. Burial with military honors will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hartford. Friends may call at the Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury on Friday Aug. 10 from 4-7pm.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 516 Carew St., Springfield, MA 01104.
