Glastonbury police released the following information on arrests and infractions. Inclusion on this list does not indicate a conviction.
June 14
Marcos S. Penedo, 32, of 427 Park Ave., Worcester, Mass., was arrested on two counts each of second-degree forgery and obtaining a prescription by forgery after employees at the Main St. CVS rerouted that a man was attempting to fill prescription with fake scripts. Officers identified Penedo and CVS employees said he had also attempted to fill counterfeit prescriptions several days earlier. Â He was held in lieu of $50,000 bond for presentation in Manchester Superior Court on June 17.
June 13
Enrique J. Serrano, 26, of 62 Harbison Ave., Hartford, turned himself in on an active arrest warrant charging him with disorderly conduct. The warrant stemmed from a domestic dispute between Serrano and his ex-girlfriend in February 2013, police said. He was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and was due in Manchester Superior Court on June 14.
