Glastonbury Police Blotter: June 22 - June 26

Glastonbury arrests from June 22 through June 26.

Glastonbury police released the following information on arrests and infractions. Inclusion on this list does not indicate a conviction.

June 23

John J. Coloccio, 42, of 80 Pinebrook Road, Colchester, was arrested on charges of possession of heroin and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license was arrested after officers conducted a welfare check at the Buckingham Shell gas station and say they located multiple bags of heroin in his possession. He was also found to have a suspended license and had driven to the gas station. He was released on $20,000 non-surety bond and is due in court on July 10.

June 22

David Hillman, 40, of 267 Hubbard St., Glastonbury, was arrested on (2) two counts of criminal violation of a protective order and one count of possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana after police say they located him in the area of Main St. and School St. following an investigation of a disturbance. Police say that Hillman had a warrant for his arrest and was violating a no contact protective order, and that officers found Hillman in possession of marijuana. He was held in lieu of $10,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on June 24.

Richard Brewer, 23, of 3338 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and no headlights after police say they stopped him for driving without his headlights on and found him to be driving while impaired. He was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and is due in court on July 8.

Frank R. Senechal, 21, of 1042 Hopewell Road, Glastonbury, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence after police say they stopped his vehicle for operating erratically on Georgetown Drive. He was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and is due in court on July 8.

June 20

Kody R. Armando, 19, of 83 Country Club Road, South Glastonbury, was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor, possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia after police say they stopped him for speeding and found him in possession. He was issued an infraction.
