Glastonbury Police Blotter: Sept. 15 - Sept. 18
The following information was submitted from the Glastonbury Police Department. An arrest or infraction does not indicate a conviction.

Sept. 16
Christopher E. Roy, 28, of 148 Pratt St., Glastonbury, was arrested on charges of second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct after police received a 911 call reporting a domestic disturbance at that address. A subsequent investigation led police to arrest Roy on charges that he threatened his girlfriend’s life and caused a disturbance at the residence. He was held in lieu of $25,000 bond for presentation in court later that day.

Francis Guerra, 73, of 1 Mill St., East Haddam, turned himself in on an active arrest warrant charging him with sixth-degree larceny. The warrant stemmed from a theft from a farm stand on Ferry Lane. He was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and is due in court on Oct. 2.

Steven Predraza, 26, of 42 Fairfield St., Hartford, turned himself in on two outstanding arrest warrants charging him with two counts of violation of probation stemming from convictions of possession of narcotics and threatening. He was released on $20,000 bond and is due in court on Oct. 2.
Christopher Jackman, 26, of 33 Deming Road, Glastonbury, was arrested on two outstanding warrants out of Hartford charging him with two counts of first-degree failure to appear and one count of second-degree failure to appear. One warrant was issued after police say Jackman failed to appear in court for a first-degree sexual assault conviction. He was held in lieu of $1 million bond for presentation in court on Sept. 16.
Sept. 11
Michael J. Blair, 47, of 97 Naubuc Ave., Glastonbury, turned himself in on an active warrant charging him with second-degree failure to appear for charges stemming from a DUI incident. He was released on $5,000 bond and is due in court on Sept. 25.
Sept. 10
Rachel A. Meneses, 26, of 32 Brookfield Drive, Glastonbury, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, reckless driving, evading responsibility and failure to drive right after police say she was involved in a motor vehicle accident on Overlook Road and evaded from the scene. She was later located on I-84, and police determined that Rachel had operated the vehicle on a right front flat tire from Glastonbury to I-84 in Hartford and was just driving on the rim. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 23.
Sept. 9
Luis A. Vidal, 34, of 549 Dickinson St., Springfield, Mass., turned himself in on an active warrant charging him with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree larceny and second-degree criminal mischief. The warrant stems from an investigation into a commercial burglary that occurred on Jan. 25, 2013, at Chipotle Restaurant. Vidal was held in lieu of $50,000 and was due in court on Sept. 10.
