Glastonbury Real Estate News: Hebron Avenue Property Sold To Make Way for Retail Business

Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, announced this week that Virginia L. Vinci, Senior Commercial Associate and Neil L. Riley, Senior Broker, both of the company’s Rocky Hill Commercial Office, have sold 279 Hebron Ave. in Glastonbury.

The nearly half-acre parcel with a small house was sold for $379,000. The house will be razed and a new building for retail use will be constructed by the buyer.

Vinci and Riley represented the sellers, Edward P. Urbanski Jr. and Francis Ann Juda. The buyer, Ron Gattinella, was represented by Stephanie Cabral of Colliers International.
