The town is trying to sell the former Board of Education building.

The Town of Glastonbury is selling a historic piece of real estate with the hopes that the property will be attractive to someone with ideas for adaptive reuse of the building that formerly housed the Board of Education offices.

The Town of Glastonbury holds current ownership and will help support zone change and/or actions required for buyer’s intended use.

With a lot size of roughly 1.5 acres, this facility was home to the Glastonbury Board of Education for many years and is now vacant and available for immediate sale and occupancy. The Town of Glastonbury is offering a 3% commission to any brokers who are interested in working with the Town on the sale of this property.”
