How To Complete And Return Your Absentee Ballot

If you applied for your absentee ballot, it will be mailed to you starting Friday, October 2nd. Once you receive your ballot, follow these instructions to complete and return it:

• Read it carefully and completely.
• Fill out your ballot.
• Place your ballot in INNER ENVELOPE.
• Sign and date the INNER ENVELOPE where indicated.

• Seal the INNER ENVELOPE
• Place the sealed INNER envelope in the OUTER envelope.
• Return to Town Clerk (see below).

Completed and signed ballots may be returned to the Ballot Drop Boxes located outside of Glastonbury Town Hall. These Ballot Drop Boxes are available 24 hours a day, up until 8:00 pm on Election Day. They may also be mailed to: Town Clerk, Glastonbury Town Hall, 2155 Main Street, Glastonbury, CT 06033 using the postage-paid envelope.
