Nation’s Leading Boutique Barre Studio Debuts in Glastonbury

Pure Barre Opens Glastonbury's First Location, Offers Residents Boutique Barre Concept With Classes In-Studio, Outside and Virtually

Pure Barre, the largest and most established barre franchise in North America, recently opened in Glastonbury at 140 Glastonbury Blvd. in Somerset Square. The Glastonbury community will gain access to Pure Barre’s challenging and proprietary barre technique. Designed to strengthen and tone, Pure Barre is a total body workout focused on a series of low impact, high intensity movements.

Pure Barre Glastonbury is owned and operated by Elizabeth Roberts, who owns eight other Pure Barre studios throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut. Roberts originally went to school for entrepreneurship and later went on to work in finance, but desired flexibility in her career after becoming a mother. After finding out about barre online and taking a class with her husband in Boston, Roberts applied to be a franchisee right after their class and opened her first location in 2015. After growing such a love and passion for the workout and Pure Barre brand, Roberts is excited to open her ninth studio in Glastonbury.

“Pure Barre offers a low-impact, total body workout that’s perfect for anyone, especially those with injuries,” said Roberts. “Pure Barre also comes with a great community that’s always there to inspire and motivate you to meet your health and fitness goals.”
