PD: 17-Year-Old Threatened to Set Girlfriend on Fire
Police say they arrested the 17-year-old after an investigation Saturday.
An unnamed 17-year-old juvenile was arrested Saturday after police say he threatened to set his girlfriend on fire with a lighter.
Police responded to a report from a third party that a boy had threatened to set his girlfriend on fire with a lighter at 4:03 p.m. Saturday. After some investigation, police arrested the juvenile.
He was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct and was released from custody on a written promise to appear.

He is scheduled to appear in juvenile court on Oct. 2.
