Police: Glastonbury Man Arrested for Threatening Neighbor With Knife

Police say a Princeton Lane man threatened his neighbor after a party at the neighbor's home.

A local man was arrested early Sunday morning after police say he threatened his neighbor armed with a knife following a party at the neighbor’s home.

Darren C. Hurley, 40, of 57 Princeton Lane, Glastonbury, was arrested on charges of second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening and carrying a dangerous weapon after police responded to a 911 call about an altercation on Princeton Lane.

A police investigation determined that Hurley threatened his neighbor with a knife after a party at the neighbor’s home shortly after midnight on June 23, according to police.

Hurley was held in lieu of $24,000 bond for presentation in Manchester Superior Court on Monday.
