[Update] Missing 13-Year-Old Glastonbury Girl Found

The 13-year-old girl who police say ran away from home has been found safe, according to police late Thursday night.

Glastonbury Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 13-year-old girl who they say ran away from home and has been missing since Aug. 21.

Eligia (pronounced E-leeg-i-a) Rodriguez, 13, of Glastonbury, is 5’3” tall, a petite build, with shoulder length curly brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing blue jeans with a white spaghetti strap top carrying a small dog.

Eligia is believed to be in the East Hartford/Hartford area; she was last seen approximately two days ago in the East Hartford area.

Eligia is considered endangered and has medical needs that need to be maintained. If anyone has any information to help find her, please contact the Glastonbury Police Department at (860)633-8301.
