Talent Show Auditions

Auditions for Annual Glastonbury's Got Talent Show

On Sunday, November 4th from 1-4 pm, talented youth and adults are invited to audition for St. Luke’s annual Glastonbury’s Got Talent show at the church, 915 Main Street, South Glastonbury. If necessary, alternate times may be arranged if it is absolutely impossible to attend the auditions. Interested applicants who can sing, play an instrument, dance, juggle, read an original poem, do magic, tell a story or jokes, or whatever their unique talent, simply need to prepare a 3-5 minute presentation – alone or in a group. Auditions will be held to screen for suitability. There will be no “judging” at the show itself – just the chance to participate in a night of entertainment in support of a great cause. Contact Patti Cole to reserve your audition spot, request an alternative time, or get more information at (860)633-5057 or pattisivocole@gmail.com.

The actual show will take place on Saturday, November 17th at 7pm. Tickets for the show can be purchased at the door: $15 adults, $10 students/seniors and a non-perishable donation for the local food bank. All proceeds go to support the charity Heads Up! Hartford, a faith-based group of urban and suburban youths who get together for a week every summer and weekends through the year to build communities through leadership development, volunteer work, and the promotion of diversity.

More information about Heads Up! Hartford can be found at headsuphartford.com.
