Teen Driver Being Questioned In Glastonbury Fatal Hit-And-Run: PD
A local teen is being questioned in a fatal pedestrian crash investigation, Glastonbury police said.

GLASTONBURY, CT — Glastonbury police said Tuesday they are questioning a 17-year-old girl in connection with last week's fatal pedestrian accident.
Police said they have also seized the car she was driving.
The pedestrian has been identified as 84-year-old Valda Dienavs, of Glastonbury. She was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

The crash took place along the 400 block of Griswold Street at 12:05 p.m. on Jan. 23, police said.
The girl, a Glastonbury resident, then fled the scene, police said.
The crash is still under investgation and police said anyone who may have witnessed the accident can call police at 860-633-8301.
