Time to Donate for Glastonbury's Holiday Sock Tree
The Welles-Turner Library is accepting donations for its annual sock, hat and mitten drive.

It’s the time of year when the Welles-Turner Library helps Glastonbury residents think of others and share with others.
The library is planning to have its “sock tree” set up across from the Lending Desk to accept donations of new socks, mittens and hats for boys and girls, from infants to adolescents.
Donations are welcome from Nov. 28 through Dec. 9. All collected items will be distributed by the Glastonbury Senior and Community Services Department.

The folks at the library say, “Thank you in advance for your generosity in decorating our holiday tree. Let’s make a difference and help keep someone a little warmer this winter.”
