Seva series at Starr Mill Yoga via Zoom

Join Juliana Tryon (Starr Mill Yoga) as she generously leads her class on March 13th (online via Zoom) at 4pm with ALL proceeds going to Presents for Paws! Help P4P reach their financial goal so they can build a donation shed at the Essex Animal Shelter and Old Lyme Animal Shelter!

Tickets are $20 and available at www.wellnessliving.com/rs/event/starr_mill_yoga. If you can’t make it, register and you can receive a link to the recorded class available for 1 week after the event.

“Seva (pronounced say-va) is a Sanskrit word for service. Seva is the spiritual practice of selfless service and the desire to uplift and assist people, giving help and compassion to others with no thought of what is to gain or what is to be lost by doing so. The practice of seva becomes a path to self-realization, which is the essence of yoga." - Maria Santoferraro
